A labradorite shield stone, wire-wrapped in 14k gold filled and hung on an adjustable gold filled chain. The shield shape suits labradorite perfectly — flat, smooth, with that whole interior world of color that only reveals itself when the light hits it right. Blues, greens, golds, the occasional flash of copper. Each stone is slightly different in size and where the flash falls, so what you receive will be its own.
About Labradorite
Labradorite is a feldspar mineral known for its optical phenomenon called labradorescence — an iridescent play of color caused by light scattering between microscopic layers within the stone. First documented in Labrador, Canada in the 1700s, it has long been associated with intuition, transformation, and the liminal spaces between the known and the unknown. A stone that rewards patience: the more you look, the more you see.
