What if I don't love my order?
Don't worry! If you don't love your new jewelry simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to set up an exchange. If it's a gift and you need a little longer we totally understand simply send us a message.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer free shipping for exchanges?
We ask you pack and ship the order back to us safely and securely within 7 days.
We cover the shipping of the new piece you want to exchange for.
Why don't you offer refunds and send us a free return label?
All of our jewelry is handmade in small batches and most of it is made to order just for you!
So accepting returns just doesn't make sense for us.
We also are happy to cover shipping of the exchange from us we just ask you to cover it one way.
We're also love to answer any questions you have before purchasing. We are happy to send you photos or videos of stone options before we ship to avoid any issues.
