What if I don't love my order?
Don't worry! If you don't love your new jewelry simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If it's a gift and you need a little longer we totally understand simply send us a message.
Ready to ship pieces can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Made to order jewelry can be exchanged.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
All of our sale jewelry is final sale.
Do you offer free shipping for exchanges?
We ask you pack and ship the order back to us safely and securely within 7 days and ship it yourself.
We don't currently offer free return shipping.
Why don't you offer returns on all orders?
All of our jewelry is handmade in small batches and most of it is made to order just for you!
We can only accept returns on ready to ship styles currently.
We also cover shipping of the exchange from us, we just ask you to cover it one way.
We're also love to answer any questions you have before purchasing. We are happy to send you photos or videos of stone options before we ship to avoid any issues.
