Return/Exchange Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and arrange to send it back within 7 days.

Please choose your item carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing. I am happy to send you photos or videos of stone options before we ship to avoid any issues. I do accept exchanges and returns if you are truly not happy with your purchase. However you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs.

I can resize rings and do other repairs, just contact me for information and pricing. All extra shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged and a deposit of 50% will be taken upfront before I begin the project.

Shipping: We ship most items within 2-7 days of your order depending on if it is in stock or made to order. I ship through USPS with delivery confirmation for all US orders.

If you would like insurance or to upgrade to an option you don't see please contact me.

International orders are shipped through USPS but have no tracking or insurance. If you would like to upgrade shipping please ask.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.

I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages but I will do my best to resolve the situation.
