Can you give me some examples of what's possible?

Of course!

Completely rework a piece you don't wear. I can use the stones to design something you love. I can give you a credit towards the new piece from the gold in the original piece.

Change out the bail to something you like more

What are the costs?

Repairs start at $35. The best way to get the specific cost is to send me a photo and I'll get back to you with a quote. Email is hello@amandaklockrow.com

Custom work has a $250 minimum.

How long does it take?

Most repairs can be done in a week from when I receive it. With shipping back and forth it's best to plan for 2 weeks. Custom and heirloom remake projects can take up to 2 months.

What metals will you repair?

Silver, 14K gold, 18K gold. Other metals are on a case by case basis.

What about shipping?

Return shipping through USPS is included in the quote. If you would like to insure the package or have me send you a prepaid label that can all be added on.

I definitely recommend insuring anything with higher value. I can add signature confirmation, ship expedited through USPS or Fedex as well.

What about damaging stones?

With all repairs and customs there is a risk. There are certain stones that are more fragile so if I think it's too risky I'll tell you right away.

It's always been at the core of my business to tread lightly and care for this earth. Renew is the newest way to do just that!

So much jewelry can be repaired or reworked so that we can continue to wear it. This program is just another way to find new ways to use what we already have.
