Description

This ring combines two beautiful green stones into my Rhiannon design. A green tourmaline cabochon is accented with three little color-shifting garnets, set in a small crown. I named this one Rhiannon, a Welsh name meaning "divine queen," a fitting match for a piece built around its own little crown.

Green tourmaline is long associated with the heart chakra, often described as a stone of deep calm and a sense of attunement to the natural world, the rhythms of plants, animals, and the earth itself.

The Story Behind the Collection

The Stone Love Collection is the result of twenty plus years spent sourcing beautiful stones — one of Amanda's first loves in jewelry making, and still one of her favorite parts of the process. Each piece in this collection is chosen for the stone first, then built around it, letting the gem's color and story lead the design.
