Resources to help LA ❤️

I struggled with what to share besides resources to help LA grieve, recover, heal, and rebuild over the past week. We are just at the very beginning of all of this. I keep hearing reminders from organizers to remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. We are all at different points with this.
I felt called to share my meditation recordings again in case they can help. There are meditations for hope, peace, support, and love. I know I needed the meditations and practices of my teachers so much over the past week.

I've been using my meditation practice to sit and find which step to take next. I will continue to be out in my community volunteering. Finding the helpers and pitching in has always been one of my first responses. I look forward to helping the people, land, and animals however I can.
