Hi friends over the past year I've been learning to teach movement and meditation that is focused on emotion hygiene. This is something my teacher and friend Lena George had to push me a little to do. Even though I've been meditating myself for over 20 years, I had never even considered teaching.
I had the privilege of teaching K-5th graders during this time over zoom, it was something we had of course planned to teach in person but 2020 had other plans.
My meditation practice mixed with lots of other emotion hygiene tools have kept me afloat this year so it seemed like time to share with more than just my close friends and family.
I'm still working out some kinks on the recordings, but I can't wait to share them with you all soon.
