Meditation book recommendations

I'm really trying to share a little more of myself, my practices and my story with you all. As I think about what I want to share and talk about my meditation practice and the books that inspire me always come to the forefront.

I am an avid reader and am constantly reminding myself to cultivate a beginner's mind. There is so much wisdom out there and I know in this lifetime I will barely scratch the surface but I am committed to being a lifelong learner. This learning inspires my creativity and I am so grateful to every teacher I will learn from in this lifetime.

A hope meditation and jewelry to inspire a little extra hope

A hope meditation and jewelry to inspire a little extra hope

I've been trying to figure out a nice way to tie together my meditation recordings with my jewelry and decided to share some of the crystal jewelry that has the same feeling as the meditation. That way if you could use a little wearable reminder this will be a good starting place.
Moonstone and aventurine are two of my favorite stones that evoke hope.

Four more lists of my some of my favorites

Four more lists of my some of my favorites

I feel so lucky to have been introduced to meditation through Buddhism as a young teenager. My meditation practice is helping me so much right now. I've shared my favorite meditation teachers with lots of friends and family over the years. So I thought now would be a good time to make a list. There are lots of apps already out there, I always recommend Insight Timer and the Unplug app but I've heard Headspace is great too. All of the teachers on the list have great resources on their sites. Many are going live on facebook, instagram and zoom offering free content as well as paid. I will save all of these in a highlight on instagram too so you can follow the tags easily. I would love to hear if you have any favorite meditations or teachers to share.
